It is a nice click, but i guess it is against the rules. According to the rules, they were only accepting pictures of January 2023 till date, your photo has rain in it that too proper monsoon types and Varanasi hasn't seen any significant rain in January i guess!
You gotta a good point.... But mam let me correct u on two facts, Firstly this much precision photography is not possible in a Significant Rain as per your claim & Secondly Varanasi has experienced 2-3 drizzled rain in January. Last but not the least this photo has qualified for the Second round, So for sure the proof my friend had Submitted for entry is verified and accepted. So nothing goes against the rules😊😊
